Booking Policy

At Psaros Village, we offer flexible and fair booking policies tailored to different times of the year, so you can plan your stay with confidence.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions:

• May and October: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

• June 1–20 & September 16–30: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

• June 21 – July 10 & August 26 – September 15: Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival.

• July 11 – August 25: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

After these deadlines, cancellations are non-refundable.

Deposit and Payment Terms:

There are two booking types:

• Flexible Booking:
  A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
  The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.

• Non-Refundable Booking:
  The full booking amount must be paid by bank transfer within 2 days after confirmation.
  Cancellation or no-show will result in full charge with no refund.

No-Show Policy:

If a guest fails to arrive without cancelling within the stipulated deadlines, the full amount will be charged with no refund.
